Our technicians use an online interface for carrying out IT support sessions we are outsourced IT support providers. The technicians respond promptly to customers by starting a session from the online requests in a queue. The queues are shared by all of the technicians. The routing of a customer is automatic to a queue depending on the nature and complexity of the problem. We use an e-mail link or a PIN code to connect directly with the customer and we have detailed system diagnostics which include Reboot and Reconnect.
