Here is an attempt to answer Small Business Server 2003 to Windows 2008 standard Migration.

*** Resolution ***

We have 2 options:

1. Apply transition pack on SBS2003 --> This is Windows 2003 with Exchange 2003 now. You can check following documents to upgrade/migrate from Windows 2003 to Windows 2008 server:
